Cailladou is an uncooked pressed cheese made from full pasteurized cow's milk that has a soft taste.
Indeed, it is a white Tomme (refined) flavored with garlic and covered with herbs.
The cheese still tastes good because the herbs decorate its soft structure very well. In short, ideal for an aperitif or cheese platter, but also ideal to add to salads or to decorate original culinary preparations (laminated, bruschetta, pizza ...).
