The Occelli Testun al Barolo is the natural cheese product of cow, sheep and goat milk from Piemonte. The royal Barolo wine has further enriched this delicious cheese. Occelli Testun al Barolo has been allowed to rest and mature for 5 months in oak wine barrels and is therefore soft-crumbly in texture, light yellow to ivory white in colour, and fresh and creamy and soft in taste with a slight acidity.
