Mont Vully is a raw milk mountain cheese from the Bern Canton named after the mountain where the cows graze. When the cheese is still young, it is rubbed daily with locally produced Pinot Noir (Red wine), which is why this cheese has a beautiful orange rind. The cheese has a rich and creamy dairy quality.
