Blu'61 is an Italian blue cheese. The cheese is made from pasteurized cow's milk and has matured for at least two months. The Blu'61 is refined in Raboso Passito IGT wine and is therefore a nice combination between sweet and spicy. The blue cheese is finished with candied cranberries, which not only provides a special taste, but also a special appearance. Very suitable as a dessert cheese.
