Bavaria blu is a blue mold cheese introduced by Bergader in 1972. It is produced with pasteurized cow's milk of the highest quality from the Bavarian Alps. The unique taste of the creamy, soft cheese is due to the juicy, fragrant grass with which the cows are fed. It is completely handmade without additives or preservatives and is lactose and gluten free.
Bavaria blu – Rich & Creamy - This creamy soft cheese with a subtle white-blue mold goes well with snacks and hot dishes. The cheese tastes delicious on its own, but you can also combine it with mango chutney, aromatic red wines such as Dornfelder or Lagrein, or white wines such as Riesling or Silvaner.
