Alta Badia, is a spicy Italian mountain cheese. This mountain cheese has matured for at least 6 months to get to taste. The taste is nice and spicy and full. The Alta Badia is prepared with pasteurized cow's milk from the Alps and owes its name to a village in Tyrol.

Tip: This cheese also works very well as melted cheese for cheese fondue or over your dish!
