This cheese from the Lot region is a delicacy for cheese experts. it is a round cheese, made from goat's milk, 8cm in diameter and weighs approx. 160 grams. At least 2 weeks are required for ripening. It has a soft interior that is supple and smells wonderfully of goat's milk. Combines well with Bordière Nord Blanc and other white wines (Marsanne grape) from the Languedoc.
